    Course Description Want to learn some life skills that can equip you to be a better player and teammate on and off the field? KELY Support Group and Hong Kong Rugby Union Community Foundation have partnered to start an online course to learn more about different aspects of wellbeing and how to maintain good mental health and take care of yourselves.     Life skills: Communication

    Course description  Simply put, communication is what allows us to work together, to understand one another, and to feel what the other person is feeling. It is the core foundation of any human organization: from a small friend group, to the largest country. It’s something that we unintentionally practice everyday but haven’t yet  fully mastered. This course will cover three areas: The four communication styles Becoming an assertive communicator Knowledge on different types of empathetic responses Learning outcomes After completing this course, you will: Recognize your own communication styles and those of the people around you Be able to apply

    Life skills: Personal Values

    Course Description : Personal values are the things that are important to us, the characteristics and behaviors that motivate us and guide our decisions. Knowing and connecting our own values can benefit us in many ways like increasing our confidence and sense of happiness etc. This course will cover three areas: Knowledge on personal values Ways to find out your personal values Methods to overcome difference of personal values in decision making Learning Outcomes : After completing this course, you will: Recognize your personal values Recognize personal value difference in various situations Be more confident in overcoming barriers when facing personal
